How to teach your child to identify community helpers?
Using the 40 flashcards in the download section below, you can easily teach your child to identify 40 different community helpers. Each flashcard includes
- a question at the top
- three clipart images as options for the answer at the bottom.
Start by printing and laminating the free pdf file below. Then lay the flashcard in front of your child and ask the question on the flashcard. Your child should point towards the right image.
For durable materials, use a laminating machine to laminate the pdf file and storage envelopes to store the flashcards.
What’s next?
Once your child is done with this activity, he will be able to answer quickly the questions on the flashcards. Then you can move ahead and start teaching him “who questions”.
